Quality Control
Inspect all raw materials according to AQL.Test the surface smoothness, toughness, mechanical strength, acid resistance, high temperature oxidization resistance. And strictly control the quality of each production process to meet the standards and during the whole production process, there are at least 4 times quality-inspection by our QC staff.
3D Laser Welding Machines
By laser welding machines, the welding process will be fine, fast, which can greatly improve production efficiency. One skilled welding staff can weld 5sets trolleys, but one welding machine can weld 50sets carts. The welding joints are smooth, which are not essential to do grinding and save labor cost.
Laser Cleaning Machines
No grinding by labors, non-contact, no thermal effects, and suitable for trolley racks and trays materials. It can solve the problems that can’t be solved by traditional cleaning methods.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
By utilizing the cavitation, acceleration, and direct inflow effects of ultrasound in liquids, the dirt layers are dispersed, emulsified, and peeled off to achieve cleaning purpose,Meanwhile, during the cleaning course, the surface of stainless steel can be recovered to be anti-rust.
Half-detachable Trolley Design
